- TU系列 铜制压力调节器
对特殊气体,标准气体等压力和流量供给,进行正确和安定的调节。根据所使用的气体种类和目的,可进行单级和双级式的减压。
- TUS系列 不锈钢制压力调节器
用于腐蚀性气体,混合气体和高纯度气体的减压调控,采用以不锈钢为主的特殊材料,可保持气体的纯度,安定供给压力和流量。最近又增加了用于高真空的类型。
- TU系列和TUS系列调节器,均在严格的特殊清洗和检验工序下监制而成。
- TU series ― Brass Regulators
These regulators are designed to correctly control and supply stable pressure and flow of special gases and
standard gases. Depending on the gas and application, we provide single stage or dual stage types. We provide
various types so our customers can select the regulators to best fit their needs.
- TUS series ― Stainless Steel Regulators
To control the pressures of highly corrosive gases, mixture gases, and high purity gases, we use special
materials with stainless steel as default to maintain the purity of gases and supply stable pressure and flow.
We have newly added high vacuum feature to the series.
- TU series and TUS series are manufactured under complete quality control with special cleaning processes
and examination systems.

- 特点是袖珍,轻量和稳定,廉价。
- 主要用于总压固定的乙烷,丙烷,等碳氢气体,以及惰性的低压标准气体和高纯度气体。
- 由于是单级减压方式,总压变动较少时,可选用双级减压式的TU-2063系列。
- 腐蚀性标准气体,请选用TUS-2063不锈钢系列产品。
Features
- The TU series is excellent for use with standard gases, high purity gases (e.g. ethane and propane) with constant vapor pressure, and other hydrocarbon gases and non-corrosive gases.
- Please refer to dual-stage regulator TU 2063 for constant delivery pressure.
- Please refer to SUS regulator TUS 2063 for corrosive gases.

- 用于乙烷,丙烷等总压具有固定成分的碳氢气体,氨气等高纯度气体,以及低压的腐蚀性混合标准气体。
- 不适用于半导体制造用气体。
Features
- The TUS series is manufactured under a special cleaning process and strict high quality control, and is fit for standard gases and mixtures.
- Excellent for hydrocarbons such as ethane or propane,high purity NH3, low pressure corrosive standard gases, and low pressure corrosive standard gas mixture.
- Not suitable for semiconductor gases.
